In many enlightened circles, ‘Desire’ is considered forbidden fruit. But for me? It’s been the needle that makes sense of the whole dang haystack.

With all the unknowns surrounding us, happiness seems to be a matter of pure chance. But nothing could be further from the truth.

Religion makes faith about what we believe. But it goes way beyond that. It has everything to do with how we ENGAGE.

When you’ve been working so hard to get your spiritual zen on, it can be shocking to realize just how angry you really are.

Getting clear on who you really are will help you pick the right path, no matter what kind of choice you’re facing.

Until we are willing to bend ourselves – instead of demanding that circumstances, the cosmos or the Divine bend to us – we’re not ready to see what lies beyond the Veil.

When you get close to your true power and doing your soul work, get ready. Resistance, self-doubt and fear of not being good enough will kick into overdrive.

Does it ever seem like crappy things happen to us that don’t happen to other people? Or that they get away with things we can’t? Here’s a different perspective.

You never get far enough down the spiritual road where you don’t have to take responsibility for your choices. Even if everyone else is behaving badly.
